Who we are
Tercero Analytics Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17238207. We are an AI consultancy working with real estate investors and owner-led businesses. For anything on this page: hello@terceroanalytics.com.
What we hold, and where it comes from
We hold business contact information: names, job titles, firms, work email addresses and, occasionally, work phone numbers.
It comes from public and professional sources: your firm's own website, Companies House and other public registers, LinkedIn, trade press, and attendee lists from industry events we have attended, for example MIPIM. We do not buy contact data from brokers, and we do not guess email addresses.
Why we hold it
Three purposes: one-to-one professional contact we believe is relevant to your role, running our client engagements, and market research that underpins our work.
Our lawful basis for professional contact is legitimate interest under UK GDPR. We work in a specific industry and contact a small number of people whose roles make the conversation relevant. Where you have given us your details directly, that is the basis we rely on. Client engagement data is processed under contract.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your details. We do not send bulk marketing to purchased lists. We do not use your data to train public AI models. Confidential client data is never mixed with our market research layer.
Who else touches it
Service providers that host our systems: our database provider (Supabase), our CRM (Attio), and our email provider (Google Workspace). Each processes data on our instructions. Some suppliers process data outside the UK; where they do, recognised safeguards apply, either UK adequacy or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Until the purpose ends. If you ask us to remove you, your business contact details are deleted the same working day. We keep a record of the firm at that point, and nothing about you personally, so that nobody adds you back by mistake. Client engagement records are kept as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our holding it at all, or ask us to restrict what we do with it. Email hello@terceroanalytics.com and it happens. No forms, no friction. Replying "remove me" to any message from us is enough.
If you are unhappy with how we handle any of this, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without profiling visitors or following you across other sites.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date below changes with it.
